Derek came out to do my service from Dryer Vent Superheros.. The customer service from the initial contact through the follow-up after the service was performed was spot on. Derek texted and let me know he was on his way for the appointment. He actually arrived ahead of schedule, for which I was grateful. He was very kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had signed up for the Complete Dryer Safety Package; however, after doing his inspection, Derek indicated that I did not need the full package. He explained in detail as to why he didn’t recommend it, and then told me what I did need. Where most people would have gone ahead and charged me full price, Derek showed honesty and integrity. His recommendations ended up cutting my price to just over half my original estimate. I was very impressed! You rarely see that any more. He replaced my dryer vent on the exterior wall, cleaned my dryer, which looked fantastic when he left! He also checked the washer and added a cleaning tab to it and left me with an extra one. I was very pleased with the services rendered. I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Superheros if you want a great job done with an honest company!

I had a great experience with Dryer Vent superheroes. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
