However, I booked them for the $250 roof clearing special as I REALLY needed to have the trees trimmed away from my roof with 6 feet of clearance and that was not completely done. In a couple of areas, the clearance between the brush and my roof is under 6 feet. The explanation the one gentleman gave didn't make sense to me. Six feet is 6 feet so less than that is subpar. I also had additional work done and paifpaid extra for it. But the MAIN JOB I needed done was below expectations. Less

They trimmed the branches as advertised but did not clean up after cleaning the gutters. They left many debri from the gutters.

He told me he would write me up the work order and I gave the go ahead. They said they would be out Monday. A guy in his crew came out Monday, assessed the job and right to work. I had a lot of branches, so they had to come back to get the rest of them, which they did. My only complaint with Beny's is that they did not call when they told me they were going to be late and when the tree guy said he was going to come back later in the day to get the limbs, I had to call the office and leave 2 messages to see what was going on. The guy did come back the next day and I did get a text message he was coming to finish the job. They came in, did a fantastic job and was on budget. Manuel was the crew lead I believe and he was SUPER helpful. The crew removed 3 tall cedars, 1 dead redbud and many high dead branches left over from the storm. They trimmed a big cherry laurel and cleaned up a big crepe myrtle. Finally they raised the canopy of a huge Chinese Pistache and thinned out and raise the canopy of several oak trees. When they left you couldn’t tell they had been here as they did such a good job of cleaning up. I highly recommend Beny’s! Less
