We have been looking for a company to replace our deck for several months. This is the second home we’ve replaced a deck at and we’re familiar with the process. We are in Auburn Hills and wanted our deck to match the quality expected in this neighborhood. We have a large deck over a walk out basement so it was a big project. We received quotes from several companies and had various experiences. Above and Beyond Roofing &Construction was the only company that didn’t place pressure on us to deviate from the work we wanted in an effort to increase cost unnecessarily. They listened to our needs and were able to give us a really reasonable quote. They did fantastic work, were easy to work with, and checked in to make sure our expectations were met.
