Brad came out in December to do a laminate flooring quote for my mother's new house. He was on time, professional and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the floor needed to be screeded. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no mess inside on the newly painted walls. Brad's installer did a great job. When there were a few issues with the doors not closing properly (it was installed when it was very dry and then swelled a bit with the rain), Brad organised for his installation team to access the issues and fix them quickly.
