Dropped in to Open Gym and had pretty much everything you could need for a workout while traveling.

Great gym, lots of different equipment, lots of space, great people.

Dropped in here when I was in town for the weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Box was very nice & well maintained, the wod was evidence of great programming, and the people couldn't have been nicer. I felt at home here.

I love the sense of community in this gym. The members are welcoming and the coaches are encouraging. They help you push your limits but also teach you to listen to your body and scale where appropriate. The fun and varied workouts aren't something i'd ever come up with on my own. It's awesome to see my body adapt to the new challenges this gym provides me with.

I love working out here!!! It's extremely painful and extremely fun at the same time. It doesn't take long to see noticeable results

After 3 kids and years at a traditional gym, I needed a change to help me get back at it and North Durham CrossFit has been prefect fit for me. No matter what your fitness level is, I guarantee you will have a good time and a great workout. Hands down a great group of people!
