Chris was wonderful. I came in several days ago and purchased a vape. After using it for a couple days I realized that either a) I just didn’t know how to use it correctly or b) it wasn’t working correctly. I came back in today to see about either purchasing or doing an exchange for another vape. Chris was more than happy to help me and make sure that I left with what I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the products and went over several reasons why the vape I purchased wasn’t working for me. I decided on exchanging for a different model and he did so without hesitation (I was within their grace period for exchanges which is an amazing policy that they have). I was honestly prepared to go in and just pay for another mod, and I was nervous about being judged being that this was only my second visit to this location and I didn’t want to seem like a problem 😂 I didn’t feel questioned or judged. Both he and the lady working (I didn’t catch her name), were both happy to make sure I was taken care of. I will also add that Chris helped me on my first visit there as well and he helped me pick out a e-liquid that was comparable to what I had vaped. As a smoker of 13+ years I was ultimately worried that I would fall back on smoking cigarettes if I couldn’t find the right vape, every disposable I’ve found and loved has been discontinued. I am now enjoying my new mod and liquid thanks to his help and my concern of reverting back to cigarettes is a thing of the past. So glad I have a local, trustworthy vape shop and great employees to help me! Less

Needed to stop in on my vacation for a new coil, the one I had was bad (nothing against my usual shop, it happens), they had the ones I needed in stock and I mentioned that I had issues with my larger mod that I left home. He suggested a smaller tank would fit me best, and he was totally right! I can't remember the gentleman's name, I'm bad at that, but thank you for all your help and advice. Just want to shout out Brenden C aka Panda. I stopped in Thursday evening around 5 pm. He was the only employee at the time. Roughly 15 of us shopping at the same time. Panda never missed a beat.
