Mike is a physio wizard! Over the past few months, he has helped me overcome a couple of overuse injuries with his hands-on therapy and easy-to-follow guidance on at-home exercises to strengthen weak spots. I've been able to keep running while working through these weaknesses with Mike's care. Highly recommend.

I had some shoulder surgery a couple of years ago but I was experiencing a great deal of pain for the past few months. My family suggested Dr. Mike. Dr. Mike knows exactly what to do to ease the pain and allow me to get to sleep. I've been to so many therapists over the years I can't count them, I've NEVER had one like Dr. Mike. He is magic. Dr. Mike is truly the best. My daughter has had back pain on and off for 2 years. She saw a chiropractor and didn't see any results. On her first visit with Mike, he quickly located the source of her pain and was able to give her so much more mobility and strength in just that first visit. We had been very concerned this would be an ongoing issue for the rest of her life. Mike really brought us relief in letting us know doing a few minutes of exercise daily and a few more visits would have her fixed up. My daughter has been to 2 visits now and the difference has been like night and day. Thank you Dr. Mike! We are so grateful!

TLDR: 5 stars, will use again.FYI - the Move office is inside TopsailDentistryDr. Mike White was awesome! He helped me work towards a permanent resolution for shoulder rotator cuff injury through massage, an adjustment, and dry needling.He’s also helped me resolve an injury to my back using the same techniques.The office is clean, the process is straight forward and Dr. Mike White is great.If you’re injured and in pain I highly recommend visiting this office before trying anything else.

Dr. Mike is truly incredible. He has helped me tremendously with both my TMJ and my arthritis, and I am so grateful for his care. Most recently, I injured the intercostal muscles between my ribs, and he took the time to really listen and pinpoint exactly where the issues were coming from. His knowledge is exceptional, and his kindness and calm presence make all the difference. I always feel heard, supported, and in the best hands. I cannot recommend Dr. Mike highly enough.

Highly Recommend Dr. Mike. Does a great job getting to the root cause issue and not just working on the presenting problem. Really appreciate that he doesn't waste your time just doing exercises while he watches you - he just makes sure you know how to do them and then moves to other important things. Has made a big difference in my movement and reducing pain. Worth your time to at least get a consult!

Move Physiotherapy is the best in town! He is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things clearly, and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. From day one, he made me feel confident in the plan we were working toward. Even after our first session I saw progress and felt relief!
