I’ve been a member of move2burn since 2021 and my life changed ever since. This gym changed my relationship with exercise (into a healthier one), allowed me to become a better athlete (I even did a few CrossFit competitions thanks to this gym) and more importantly it allow me to meet a lot of new people (I even met my best friend there). Me and my wife first joined Da Factory on September, its now over 2 months later and we couldnt be happier with our experience!! first of all, there are classes literally all day, so whatever your schedule might look like, theres a class for you! The coaches are the best, if they see you struggling with a specific movement they will be there to help you! it doesnt matter if you're an experienced athlete or never done crossfit. After more than 3 years out of training, I wanted and needed to get back into the fitness life, but I did not want to go back to a traditional gym, where I knew that the results would not be what I wanted. I found several gyms online, including Da Factory, and I gave myself the opportunity to buy a 2-month membership. I can say today that this place is definitely what I was looking for. With classes throughout the day, of crsossfit, lean, powerlifting, and yoga, I found everything I needed to burn fat, gain muscles, tone up, be in shape, and feel healthy in a natural and correct way. Undoubtedly the best thing that Da Factory has is their coaches: Mikey, Gabriel, Gloria, Landy, Franklin, Juan Carlos, they are all incredibly professional, helpful and very patient, you can perceive that they are not just to meet a schedule and make money. They feel passion for what they do and with dedication and patience they invest time in each member to teach us how to do the exercises well, every detail of the movement, they give us encouragement and are extremely friendly and very nice, no matter what our physical condition is, how long we have been going to the gym, where we are from, or what kind of membership we pay. I greatly appreciate the day I met this place, which also has a mobile app to reserve classes and maintain a social network within the member community.
