I have a long history of seeing chiropractors with pretty good results. However, every one I have seen focused on the temporary fix. As I’ve gotten older, I find I don’t adjust as easily and do not like the harsh adjustments I was getting from my previous chiro. I have a low back herniation and cervical issues, so although the adjustments would help, it would be a little traumatic and would always temporarily relieve the pain. As soon as I would work out, the pain would return. I’ve been seeing Dr.Nik for 1.5 months now and I have had zero low back pain! I am feeling great after my workouts and in my daily life too. I feel that there actually is a plan for me, focusing more on what I specifically have going on. I am not scared when I go in either, which is a bonus! I look forward to my continued care and improvements!

I have been treated by different chiropractic practices in the past.One was very good but became to far to travel. Most were very rough "bone crunching" and not satisfactory. I have been most fortunate to have been directed to Dr Nik/Legacy Chiropractic. He listens to my concerns and does gentle manipulation. He has given me the stretching guidelines to do at home. When I started treatment I could barely move/function, had a lot of discomfort. Now I feel like I could "kick up my heels" although I will wait while I continue to improve.

Soft wave technology. New term to me. I had taken a bad fall on my left shoulder. Could lift my arm maybe 10 degrees. After 1 treatment got to 30- 40 degrees. Wow. The staff is fabulous!!! Recommend you give it a try. Can’t promise same results but worth a try.

I came into Legacy with alot of pain and tension in the neck and shoulders. After Dr. Nick used the SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Technologies on me, I noticed within a few sessions a huge difference, less pain and tension. Now 10 sessions later my pain is almost gone 100% of the time. When I do get some pain it is very mild. I know with going on the maintenance SoftWave program will keep it at 100%, and eventually stopping treatment completely. Staff at the the facility are very professional, helpful and extremely nice and keep a very clean facility.

Life changing! I just completed a series of Softwave Therapy on my knee. Dr. Nik suggested I give it a try after I mentioned I had been getting regular cortisone shots and taking anti-inflammatory meds for quite some time.
