Luke was a great coach, was attentive to the team and helped to ensure the folks training were motivated and guided throughout the workout, especially on the grueling parts of the the energy was top notch and the outcome was a well polished, but gritty gym experience that I absolutely loved!

I dropped in here when visiting, and everyone was so welcoming. Great workout and Luke, the instructor did a great job. You could tell he knew what he was talking about and cared. Unfortunately, I can’t say that about all gyms. I also liked the layout of the gym had lots of windows. If I lived here this would be my gym!

I really like CrossFit Fringe because it serves working professionals and has a community-focused vibe. It’s very accessible and Coach Tyler is great. It is by far the best workout you can do. Give it a try, you'll love it!

Everyone is supportive and helpful. Coaches offer advice and scaled exercises if the posted exercises are too challenging. No matter what they keep you moving and improving. It’s a great environment all around.

I have attended and coached at CrossFit Fringe for the past 4 years while living in Columbia and attending the University of Missouri. This gym is a fantastic establishment that has been around for years, serving its strong community. Fringe has all the equipment needed to complete CrossFit workouts on a highly competitive level and provides a friendly environment. The thing that stands out to me most is the people and coaches at the gym. Everyone is incredibly inviting and makes you feel at home. The coaches are highly knowledgeable and are always striving to bring out the best in their athletes. CF Fringe hosts many community events to bring everyone together. I cannot believe how fast these 4 years have flown. I am graduating in May 2026, and I'm so thankful for everyone I have met along the way. If you are passing through Columbia or looking for a new gym to attend, I could not recommend this gym enough!

I had a really good experience, I was in from out of town and did two drop in classes. Coach Hunter was great and super welcoming. I will definitely be back on future trips.
