Excellent Design and Planning for a Complex Site. I engaged Simon and Jenny for design and planning services on a complex site that includes an old existing house and a challenging slope. They handled these complexities exceptionally well, providing clear, well-thought-out plans that addressed key aspects of the site. The plans were detailed, practical, and incorporated innovative solutions for dealing with the slope and existing structures. Simon was always on time and reliable, making the process smooth and stress-free. His strong relationships with third parties, such as the geo-tech, arborist and structural engineer, further streamlined the project. I highly recommend them both and wish them all the best for the future.

We are so impressed with Simon of Newfangled Building and his team of exceptional builders. Always respectful and good natured, they were a joy to have around. From the outset, Simon was able to work within our brief, with clear and honest communication at all times. His ability to think outside the box and problem solve was remarkable. We were engaged and consulted throughout the building process by regular communication with Simon, as he was onsite almost every day and through the portal, Wunderbuild utilised by Newfangled Building. Simon and his team were meticulous in their work, with attention to detail. All their work was outstanding, and always of the highest quality. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We also appreciated the trades Newfangled Building employs. Their work was also of the highest quality.
