Honestly, I almost didn't go. I've tried whitening strips from Shoppers before and they did nothing, so I figured professional teeth whitening would be the same waste of money. My coworker kept telling me about UpWhiten though, so I finally booked a session at their studio on Baseline Rd.I'm glad I listened. Anas walked me through everything before we started what shade I was at, what was realistic to expect, how the process actually works. No pushy upselling, just straight information. That put me at ease because I had no idea what I was getting into.The whitening itself took about an hour. No pain, no sensitivity during or after they put on some kind of gum protection before starting which I appreciated. The difference was honestly night and day I couldn't stop looking in the mirror.My sister literally noticed the difference on FaceTime that night. She's already asking me to book her in.If you're in Ottawa and on the fence about teeth whitening, just go. I waited way too long.

I recently had a teeth whitening treatment and overall, I’d say it was a great experience. The results looks natural, which I really appreciate. If you’re not going for that overly bright, artificial “Hollywood white” look, this is definitely a great option. The job was well done. though I do feel like the shade could have been just a bit whiter, especially around the canines.One thing I would strongly recommend is sticking with the same technician throughout your sessions. I had a great experience with one technician initially (Wahid is fantastic.. great attention to details, informative and a great guy!), but when I was assigned someone else, it wasn’t as positive. I experienced quite a bit of sensitivity afterwards. Consistency in who’s treating you really makes a difference in both comfort and overall confidence in the process.Overall, I’m pleased with the results and really appreciate the improvement in my smile 😃. I had hoped for a slightly brighter outcome given the investment, but I’m happy with the progress made.
