I had an amazing experience with UpWhiten for my teeth whitening process, and I’m so glad I chose them! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Anas was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the process step by step and ensuring I knew exactly what to expect. Wahid was also fantastic—he assisted with setting everything up and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. A special shoutout to Kawthar and Maram, who were so attentive and checked in on me constantly to make sure I was okay and ask if I needed anything. Their kindness and care made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. The whole team is not only incredibly professional but also so much fun to be around. (Summary/Tl:dr at the bottom) Absolutely loved the experience of getting my teeth whitened with UpWhiten. The space is clean and well maintained. The team is extremely knowledgeable on tooth whitening and Anas did an amazing job explaining the process to me. I was worried I would have sensitivity at the end, because anytime I use at-home whitening kits (the gentle Crest 3D white strips) I would have sensitivity 2-3 days following the application. But, with UpWhiten, I had absolutely NO sensitivity. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort for the full hour of my treatment. Even now, a full day after, there is absolutely no sensitivity, pain, or discomfort in my teeth. I’ve always been self conscious of my canine teeth, and was worried they would be a different shade to my other teeth (because crest strips could never get deep enough to remove the stains). But the gel + process UpWhiten uses got rid of the stains. The process is tailored to your specific needs. I don’t know how they figured it out, but their machine and software knew exactly how much time I needed 😭🙏🏼 I absolutely love my smile now, and I can’t wait to finish up my sessions with them. I’ll post an update after that one! Tl:dr If there’s one thing you treat yourself to this year, get your teeth whitened with UpWhiten and ditch the bad whitening strips.
