I've never had a facial before, and the fact that The Only Facial includes everything with no upcharges was really appealing. I'm just getting into skincare, so an informative but no-pressure setting was exactly what I needed. I saw Mya at the U City location, and the experience was great. Mya was very nice and explained everything really well. She went over my skincare history, products I currently use, and skin concerns/preferences. She explained the overall process first and then each step as we went through. After a couple days of expected dryness (the little vials of moisturizer and hydrating oil I was sent home with helped a lot), my skin has been feeling so soft and smooth. I just booked my next appointment and am looking forward to it. Less
