Highly recommended. I called Russell and he returned my call same day, went over my options, and put me on the books within a couple weeks. The price was good and the installed system went up in a couple hours and works and looks great. The installation also included a free follow-up test kit to ensure the installed system works.

Russel and his father (father did our test) were extremely informative and prompt with service. They were always on time and confirmed appts. Russel said the install would take around 4 hours and he had it done in 3 and a half hours. Russel found two different areas in our basement that were suitable to install pump which I liked as it gave us an options for where we wanted it. I’m in construction myself and all his work is very professional and clean. To sum it up Russel was great to work with and was fast with returning calls and his service.

I highly recommend Russell/Radon Systems of Connecticut. He’s very knowledgeable and completed the work on schedule. The workmanship was excellent. Although our radon level was below the limit level, the system installed removed most of the radon. It’s in the .2 - .3 level now. Very pleased with the results.

Russell of Radon Systems of CT is the company and person to call when you have Radon issues. I had high levels of Radon at around 10.1. I call Russell and he immediately came over and was courteous, professional, and patient in explaining the problem and the remedy for this solution along with the process. It was everything he said it would be, to take care of this issue by installing the necessary machine, ventilation, and solution. Russell came prepare and finished the job on time and in budget. He was thorough, clean, neat and he took the time to explain everything. Our levels went to 1.8 from 10.1. We are so happy with Russell of Radon Systems, and especially the results! Very impressed with Russell and his team at Radon Systems of CT. Russell was quick to call back and make an in person visit to access the potential install layout. He explained everything in detail and thoroughly answered all of the questions I had. On the day of the install, he showed up right on time, kept the job site clean, and did a great job positioning the system out of sight. Our basement reading was averaging 15-18 pCi/L prior to the install and is now averaging around 0.90 pCi/L. Overall, very pleased with Russell and his workmanship/professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Russell installed our radon system one month ago. Our radon levels dropped from 7 to 3 which is outstanding. Russell does quality work and his installation is a work of art in it's simplicity and elegance. Not to mention the system is highly effective and extremely quiet. His price was also very fair. Called Radon Systems of Conn to come out and do a random radon test. It’s been a while since I had one and was just being cautious. Cliff came out and set up the machine. Cliff was on time, courteous, and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions.. He had to come back in 48 hours to gather the info and worked around my schedule. They were very accommodating. I would highly recommend using them for any of the services they provide.
