The owner was great, he came by and quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue that caused my radon fan to lose power. Now it’s working again.

I highly recommend Russell/Radon Systems of Connecticut. He’s very knowledgeable and completed the work on schedule. The workmanship was excellent. Although our radon level was below the limit level, the system installed removed most of the radon. It’s in the .2 - .3 level now. Very pleased with the results.

Our basement reading was averaging 15-18 pCi/L prior to the install and is now averaging around 0.90 pCi/L. Overall, very pleased with Russell and his workmanship/professionalism. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous! Russell was great! Installed a radon mitigation system in my home and the follow-up test came back <0.4 pCi/L compared to a before reading of 6.7 pCi/L. Extremely happy!

We purchased a house and within a few months noticed condensation leaking into the basement from the air and water radon vent pipes. Doing a little research I determined that the previous installer had used thin wall drainage pipe which is not the best choice for the application. Russell was booked out for over a month (like everyone else in the industry) but swung by a couple weeks after I called to see exactly what the issue was. He explained that he could either reseal the existing pipes or replace them all with schedule 40 PVC, which is higher quality and more commonly used. We opted to go with the replacement. Russell came back about a month after that to do the job and I couldn't be happier. The price was reasonable and the finished result looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radon Systems of Connecticut. Less
