Scheduled a radon mitigation install with Gene for 9/25/26. House was vacant so arranged someone to meet him there on Friday morning to let him in and do the job. He came, my friend left and said let him know when he was finished and he'd return to pay him and lock up. Gene texted my buddy 4 hours later saying he had to leave to do something else and would call me (the homeowner) later or the next day. I assumed some work was started since it took him 4 hours to notify my friend he had to leave. Turns out absolutely nothing was done. Never got a call. I also should have been contacted when he left and not my buddy who was simply in contact just to open and close the garage. I waited several days, texted and asked what was going on and got no response. Pretty terrible service if you ask me.

Very knowledgeable and through in the initial evaluation. Price for the quoted installation was also very competitive and came with a guarantee of monitoring and measuring the radon levels for an extended period of time. Would definitely recommend if you need something done professionally and done right.

I called and spoke to Russell after doing our own home test and he gave me recommendations to do before opting to put in a system. He was so helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions even though I may not need the service. I appreciate that honesty and find this type of business person very hard to come by.
