She is easy to communicate with, responds immediately, and explained things clearly for our initially-elementary understanding of real estate. Wendi served as a true advocate for us in our house-hunt, never made us feel pressured into something we weren’t 100% on board with. She is an expert negotiator and deal-maker. Her legal background was an incredible asset in helping us to understand our rights as buyers, complicated contracts, and legal responsibilities of sellers.
