They helped make him noticeably faster and build a program that’s truly helped him separate himself from other goalkeepers around the country in speed and agility. The coaches are hands-on, intentional, and constantly checking in not just running kids through workouts, but actually developing athletes the right way. This is a great gym. Last week of my second challenge with them. This time I trusted the process and found my strength. I won something whether I come in first or last - that is not the point. It is finding you can do this, no matter your limits or excuses. The owners and trainers are great at pushing you to a fitter you. Modifications are still movement. And everyone in class is friendly and encouraging. A gym like this that is glad to see you there!

Active strength offers a variety of exercises to fit whatever needs you are needing. They hold me accountable which is huge and helps motivate me to get to my sessions. I’ve seen great results and am excited to continue and what is to come next.
