From the minute you walk in the door the service is great. Brynna remembers everyone's names and Alex is always calm and ready to listen. As a veteran we don't get nice facilities much, escpecially after dealing with the San Diego VA system for years. Their office has tea, a kids play area (I'm a mom so this is a big win), they do raffles and seasonal games, and there is plenty of seating in a large facility. You are never on top of each other as patients. Dr. Jack is the cherry on top of course. He is kind and personable with lot's of energy. He also does well with kids which helps if I have mine there. Couldn't be luckier to have them as my chiropractic team here in Reno, even g9t my wife going there, a family affair. 🫶🏽

I highly recommended AlignLife Chiropractic. Doctor Jack is amazing. I suffered from chronic low back pain and vertigo. I now have zero back issues and his neck adjustments are very helpful to keep my vertigo symptoms under control. His staff is also amazing, and friendly.
