The Fox Fitness ads on FB were speaking to me and I remembered seeing the Fox sign in my next door neighbor’s yard during COVID. It read: “A FOXY lady lives here!” Cute, right?! With Foxy lady Ann’s encouragement, I decided to give Fox a call and at least talk about it. The Fox staff truly listened to my concerns and offered concrete solutions of how they would support me in case of a crisis. They gave me the courage to face my fear and try out a class! That workout was so much FUN and I FELT ALIVE AGAIN - I joined that day. My 6 week goals were modest but important to me: decrease insulin use by 10%, increase strength, flexibility, and energy, and fit more comfortably in my clothes. After just 4 weeks I decreased my insulin use by 25%, I could physically do things I hadn’t done in years, and I had dropped 3 clothing sizes!!! I’ve been working out 5 days a week for over a year now and I genuinely look forward to waking up early for our Foxy workouts. It’s surreal. When I got sick in 2018, it was like I lost my sense of self; it seemed even my own body was against me. Fox Fitness helped me to find the inner strength I’d lost - getting up early and getting my Foxy on is just one way I feel like myself again. This is the best fitness I have ever had for me! I have lost 15 lbs and continue on my journey to get stronger. The trainers are professional and work with you at all levels. I have been going to Fox Fitness for 7 months and it is by far the best gym that I have ever used. The coaches are great motivators, always making sure that you are doing the exercises correctly.
