My experience with TBI rentals was exceptional! I met Ben to receive the trailer and he took the time to show me all the important equipment that was available (it was fully stocked with straps, chains, tensioners, etc.) with the trailer and how to operate it. The trailer is in immaculate condition. I used the trailer to pick up a new tractor with implements from the dealer and haul it all to my property. When I returned the trailer that same day, Ben was there to greet me, receive the trailer and help me to disconnect from it. Ben runs a very professional business. Picked up a 14 K rated trailer, Trailer was in brand new condition fully equipped. Everything worked, super nice and easy to use winch which was a lifesaver.
