Great atmosphere with supportive coaches. Well actually everyone is supportive there and welcoming to new people. They really care about each individual and it’s not competitive like some other cross fit gyms. Friendly to mothers and those getting back to working out after a long while.

Don’t be scared by the name CrossFit!! CrossFit Sturbridge is the whole package. I’ve lost 70# since joining thanks to the amazing staffs guidance and expertise…. I fell in love with the coaching staff and the support of all members. It's a small community and we all suffer through the same thing, but it is SO rewarding in the end. If you are a newbie, DO NOT be afraid!! Coaches scale everything to everyone's abilities. We have people who go all out beastmode and we have folks who just started and go at their own pace. And everyone is equally encouraged and supported. I guarantee you will see results in your body, health, etc. You will build new amazing relationships that you will cherish forever. You will have fun and feel like death at the same time. Come and experience it for yourself! I have just started coming here a few months ago and it is always a bit anxiety provoking starting something new in a community like this. Everyone has been so welcoming and nice and the trainers focus on form and are super helpful! and with Covid in full swing their protocols are pretty great and I feel very safe! The coaching is great, I love that the warmups prepare you muscles for the workout. This has kept me injury free since I joined. Every workout is a challenge and every completed workout a victory! Other members support newer members which is really nice.
