I had a really good experience at my OB visit. I came in feeling concerned and just wanted some answers and reassurance, and I really felt like my concerns were taken seriously. Christy, the midwife, was very kind and took the time to listen to me. Elci was also great during my ultrasound and made me feel comfortable.I also want to mention Melanie at the front desk. She was so nice and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly and made what could have been a stressful visit feel a lot easier. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to help me and make sure I left feeling better about everything.Thank you to everyone there!

I came to Gentle Birth at 3 months in of my pregnancy. I had read the reviews and what people say they have experienced. But I don't believe everything everyone says. I was also was set on having a pregnancy/birth experience outside the hospital standards. From the first time coming in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The two midwives there the energy matched perfectly. Both were very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs during the pregnancy. But what made me love coming is Ms. Christy! Her energy is so loving and welcoming. My visits where like me meeting a friend for lunch everytime. She always asked me how I was doing not just how my pregnancy was progressing. She also gave me her undivided attention when she was with me. Once it was getting close she made sure that I was knowledgeable about how to induce labor naturally. She allowed me to listen to my body and not rush me like hospitals would have. She and the student midwife made my birthing experience so amazing. If I could do it all over again I would. I love Ms. Christy. And you would too.

I gave birth here with my first daughter. I loved the personal care and the empowering, hands off approach with labor. However, I will not be returning in this pregnancy for several reasons. The management and communication within the center is honestly terrible. I had to hound people for test results and scheduling appointments. I would be promised call backs and would never get them. Their receptionists are unreliable, so it is difficult to get ahold of anyone over the phone. On FOUR occasions, they lost paperwork between departments. I had to redo my glucose test twice and my anatomy scan three times. There is a very high turnover with midwives, which leads me to believe it is a stressful environment for them as well. It is really unfortunate because the midwife care and birth experience they offer are lovely, but I cannot handle another nine months of the poor management.

I have been waiting on a doctor to call me back with results with a serious condition and it’s been since May and no response back with an appointment. This place has been going down since Dr. Beto Lopez delivered my son in 2009. Why do I have to come and make a review for this office to now want to show concern. This is horrible!

I’ve been coming here for a few months they’re the only clinic that would see me I love this place very clean quiet the staffs are amazing and they provide comfortable beds for your ultrasounds almost fell asleep once 😆but in the future I would definitely come back if it’s a possibility definitely come here!!! This Place Has Been The Best Ob/Gyn I Have Been To. Throughout My Entire Pregnancies, They Were So Helpful and The Sweetest Employees! Check In, Wait Time and Being Seen By The Doctor is Always Conventient. From The Moment You Walk In The Door, Everyone Greets You & Has Great Energy. && The Ultrasound Room is So Cozy Clean And Beyond Comfortable; It's Like A Hotel Room. 10/10 Highly Recommend ☺️

Zero stars if I could!! Do not recommend!!! They will not refund me my money!! Due to medical complications a whole month before my due date, it was UNSAFE for me give birth at their center. I was recommend to give birth at the hospital. The money hungry owner, Nelson Posada, refuses to refund my money. Instead he offers me a ‘store credit’. He is keeping my $5000 when I didn’t even end up giving birth there! Who wants a credit for a birthing center?! I do not ever plan to use them again in the future. The owner and his staff are extremely unprofessional. If you don’t want your hard earned money going to waste, go someplace else!

I just had my second baby at Gentle over labor day weekend and I highly recommend it for mamas looking to have a calm & supportive natural birth. The facilities are great, the staff is kind and helpful. I had Christy as a midwife and Crystal as her assistant during the birth (and pretty much in all of my check-ups) and they were both great people. Very kind, attentive, and in tune with my needs. It is also nice that Gentle offers other services in-house that you can opt-in for at a much better rate than other places. For example, I chose to do prenatal massages and Renata was great and I know there's other things like hynobirth classes and prenatal fitness classes so it is an entire ecosystem of support for you and your baby!

This place is terrible.I would NOT recommend anyone go here. I’m glad I was accepted late in my pregnancy at another practice. I saw all the signs on my 1 and only appointment with them. Which btw they have consistently tried billing me outside of my insurance for random test I have no idea what they are for. Dirty facility. They put you on a large bed for ultrasound that the previous person had just laid on. A literal bed lol then they do this unimpressive tour of the birth center. They showed me someone’s room that was OCCUPIED.. what a violation to that person. They tell you “don’t call them when you’re having birth unless you want to birth in their place” which is so off putting btw. Everyone has an attitude, it’s just a no for any mom that wants a decent experience. I also had to chase them down to fill out documents for my job only for them to have 10 words written, nothing of value and no signature from the actual doctor. 0 stars if I could. Would never recommend.
