He concentrates on YOU, making sure your form is correct and correcting you if needed so that you get the benefit of your workout. 🏋️‍♂️ He also checks in with you when you arrive, to find out if you have any muscle or joint discomfort. If in fact you do he will modify you workout that day to assure that you will not be over doing the exercise of that area. He is very flexible too about setting the time that will work best in you day to train. All around you couldn’t find a better guy to work with to help get you in the shape you dream of being in or keep you at your peak performance.
