They had a tech out within three hours so we didn’t have to spend an evening in the cold. We had issues again, and the original installer came out and finished the job the next day, and we have had zero issues since. Would definitely use them again for an AC install when we upgrade. Waffled between four and five stars but ultimately the customer service and prompt follow up on our issues (at no cost to us) is deserving of the five. Great work! Less

Our AC wasn’t working well. Bee came on time and in less than an hour checked the furnace, cleaned the AC and detected a slow leak of the refrigerant. Russell filled the AC fluid and it works like a charm! Excellent service!
