I've been to a lot of gyms - world class equipment and staff here. These guys do programming at both an advanced and rudimentary level exceptionally well, which is rare. Owner and lead coach would give you the shirt off their back. I see a few low-scores in this listing but seems like nonsense. I've been here 3-4x a week for the last 18mo and not 1 bad experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had the opportunity to drop in during open gym hours and was incredibly impressed. The gym was welcoming, well-equipped, and had a great atmosphere. Even during open gym, the coaches and members were friendly and helpful, creating a strong sense of community.The space was clean, organized, and had everything needed for a great workout. It’s clear that this gym takes pride in both its facility and its members. Whether you’re looking for a class or some quality open gym time, I highly recommend stopping by when you’re in the area.

Amazing CrossFit gym with outstanding coaching. One of the best and cleanest boxes I've ever visited. The equipment is top-notch, great locker rooms and showers are better and larger than those at many hotels.They've clearly put a lot of thought into every detail and create a fantastic experience for both members and drop-ins. If I lived in Nashville, this would definitely be my home gym.The drop-in experience was excellent, and the free parking is another big plus. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area. Brock was an amazing coach. Highly recommend working with him.

In town for a few days, dropped in for open gym and Jake and Brock were super friendly and welcoming! Gym was clean and spacious with everything you’d need from warm up to WOD to mobility. Would definitely come back again!

One of my favorite gyms I’ve dropped into. Coach Jake was extremely welcoming as were the members, and the programming was great - both the lifting segment and metcon were awesome. Highly recommend.

I visited today for a drop in. This place was super nice and welcoming. It’s a clean gym, with great clean facilities, multiple bathrooms and showers, nice equipment, and great people. The coach (Brock) was very engaged and kept the class on track while monitoring form and offering feedback and encouragement. I would definitely recommend.

Today my coach was Jake B. I always enjoy going to his classes because I am a naturally shy person and he is very good coach not just for explaining the workout but also for making you feel comfortable in what can be an intimidating atmosphere! In general I like everyone at this gym that I've met so far and enjoy the opportunity to push myself, learn new exercises, and work towards being healthier. It's never a dull class at CrossFit Music City. Thanks guys!

Great place. Spent a couple hours here during a drop in. Staff is great, facility is large and has everything. The even provided a certified judge for my 26.1 attempt. I will come back whenever I’m in town again!

I can’t say enough great things about CrossFit Music City! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and make safety a top priority! They are inclusive and offer modifications when needed. Jake and Dayne are phenomenal coaches. When I first started I had never lifted weights or knew what a barbell was (I wish I was joking). They helped me feel comfortable and confident at the gym while pushing me to do my best. I’d recommend this gym to anyone!

Class was great, space is great. Very clean well taken care of. Best part was the coach though, drop down won’t let me select the actual coach which was Jules Anawalt, she was knowledgeable and kept class going on time and smooth but even more than that her energy was top notch, involved in the workout and congratulating the athletes it was just amazing to work out with a great and fun coach like that. Thanks Jules!
