Hands down, CrossFit Bench is the best local gym. Coach Michelle and the team are very friendly and provide such a welcoming community. The workouts are fun, challenging and I always look forward to walking through the doors . All the coaches really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals and push you in the right way. I highly recommend checking this unreal gym out!
I’ve been attending CrossFit Bench for over 2 years now and I love it! It has a real sense of community that will challenge you to better yourself. All of the coaches instruct proper movement through each workout and scale it to your level of experience, so don’t be intimidated! Come try it out!

At CrossFit Bench under the watchful eye of coach Michelle it’s all about technique first. Personally I am someone who needs a positive workout environment. I am not looking to compete with anyone but me. At Bench I am encouraged to listen to my body and modify when I need to. Going to Bench weekday mornings I get to do some of my favourite things like pick up a barbell and also do some of my least favourite things like burpees. But either way it’s a great way to move my body with others that encourage each other. Lastly the facilities are fantastic, with tons of parking, large washroom/change rooms and showers and the actual gym floor, beautiful and spacious. Less

CrossFit Bench is the best gym in the Niagara area. It recently moved to a beautiful facility in Beamsville with tons of equipment, plenty of daily class times (plus open gym) and very knowledgeable coaches. This which make it easy for people of all fitness levels to not only get to the gym, but meet and exceed your gym goals, big or small. This is truly a community gym.
Crossfit Bench is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! Beautiful facility with challenging workouts and trainers that are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and friendly. The members are so supportive and there is an amazing sense of community. It has been life changing for both my physical and mental health, and truly is my Happy Place!

Honestly, I cannot say enough! Everything from owner, staff and members are fantastic. If you were looking for a place to get a great work out, feel welcome and feel great about yourself. This is it. This is a gym that does not care about what level of fitness you are at. They are here to teach, implement, and help you raise the bar with your fitness goals.

Dropped into Crossfit Bench. It is a great box for all levels and abilities. Their workouts are fun and challenging. The community is friendly and welcoming. All coaches are fantastic! They’re kind and adapt the workouts to your level and needs. Something I also really like about this CrossFit gym is the fact that nobody is competing to the extreme of pushing you out of the gym way, you’re there to do better and be better.
