We recently hired Lionshield Roofing after interviewing three other roofing contractors. Ryan provided a reasonable estimate and thoroughly explained the process. I had concerns since my driveway had just been paved and I had a painting contractor needing to complete exterior painting before the roofing commenced. Ryan accommodated my concerns and kept vehicles off the driveway plus scheduled work around the painting. The roofing crew showed up on time and went right to work removing the existing shingles and installing the new. I had a lot of questions beforehand (many about possible additional costs) and Ryan was happy to talk through everything. Ryan kept me apprised of the process when I checked in throughout the day. My roof was a big job, with 8 window dormers, and the crew got the whole job done in one long workday. There was an issue with a new bathroom roof vent that was stuck closed, but I let Ryan know and they were back the same day to correct the vent so it’s now working properly.
