I contacted LionShield and three other companies for quotes to replace my roof.I was also was considering having a dormer built to expand a ridiculously small upstairs bathroom. Ryan came to look at the house, explained what would be involved, gave a quote and also recommended a builder he had worked with who could build the dormer. While LionShield didn’t submit the lowest quote, I chose them because the service and warranty that was being offered for the price I was quoted was a great package. I hadn’t ever hired contractors before and I experienced a significant amount of anxiety. Bonus, Ryan calmed this nervous homeowner during the project and I am grateful! ☺️The builder he recommended was super and the projects came together seamlessly thanks to Ryan. Highly recommend!
