They made sure I had access to the wifi app and took the time to explained the app. Most other services are not that attentive and would refer you to the help department instead. They took the time and gave extra details on how the shutoff system works on the app (Supply me with my water usage and if there is a problem the shut off will automatically turn off and send me a message.)
