Everything - from getting an appointment, seeing and selecting the products, completing the order paperwork, high-tech measuring on site, and install - was easy and the end result was beautiful! Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. My kitchen and bathroom quartz is functional and gorgeous. And the price was right - many options depending on one’s budget and Jay knows right where to direct me. Highly recommend this place! Oh, and talk about above & beyond service… I had a flat tire the day I left our meeting and instead of waiting around for AAA to come, (could’ve been hours) Jay and 2 of his colleagues changed my tire. We are very pleased with our granite countertops - from the moment we walked into the showroom in Chesterfield, Jay Joffrey made the whole process easy. He met us at their warehouse and we saw the actual slab of our granite, the price beat the other granite businesses that we had visited, the measurement was professional and accurate and the measurement guy was very nice with all our questions, the installation guys, Donny seemed to be the lead called to say they were on their way, they were very nice and friendly, again answering my questions, they were clean, professional and quick.
