I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful townhouse and resort for 5 nights in May 2026. The townhouse was very clean and contained all the amenities one would need for an outstanding stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, silverware and all the kitchen utensils to cook at home should one choose. There was also a coffee maker, toaster, and even an espresso machine for that morning java by the personal pool. The host was also available 24/7 via a hotline phone should there be an emergency repair to report. The Solterra Resort also had a community pool, lazy river, and hot tub to join for a very small fee which added to our most enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place and/or Resort.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo on Tampa Bay. Plenty of room for us, 2 grand kids and our small dog. Spotless condo and you’d never know they allow dogs. Modern appliances and a full washer and dryer made the stay much more enjoyable. If I had to make one complaint it would be to have a map of the pool and dumpster locations. They can be tricky to find. Otherwise we would defiantly stay there again.
