Growing up having poor expectations of the dentist and certainly having a fear of the dentist made me apprehensive to try them. I can say that I have been going to them via a reference from a friend and family for four years now. Within the first visit I shook like a Chihuahua and vocalized my fears. With absolute compassion they ALL understood. From the receptionist to the hygienist as well as Dr. Steichen and Dr. King. I had to have a bunch of work done and they accompanied my every need. Feeling stressed or anxious? They have stress balls for you and from personal experience no one batted an eye when I brought in my childhood stuffed toy. Uncomfortable with the lights? They'll turn them off for you. Uncomfortable in the chair? They will being you a pillow and a weighted blanket. Are the sounds over whelming? They have earplugs. Do you need a little bit of time alone? They will go at your pace. I can go on, but the moral of the story is that I used to be afraid of the dentist and no one was a more difficult patient than I. Take my advice. Visit them. To me they are and forever will be family. Going from visiting the dentist if I was lucky once a year to now going every 2 months for dental cleanings. 5 🌟. Thank you Dr. Steichen, Dr. King, Sarah, Kimberly, Amanda, Ana, and everyone there. You all are amazing at what you do, and who you are! I have never felt more safe or more comfortable in anyone else's hands. I would gladly drive or fly from anywhere to get check ups and work done. I'll never go anywhere else. Less
