Christine was so sweet and the entire staff made me feel so welcome. I had to bring my newborn twins in and they were incredibly accommodating. It had also been an embarrassingly long time since I had been seen by a dentist due to being pregnant and nursing consecutively, but there was no judgement whatsoever. They're all so knowledgeable and talked me through everything they were doing, which was actually really cool. They have state of the art technology which allows them to more accurately identify cavities. Because of all of this, I am motivated and actually excited to get my teeth cleaned on a regular basis. I have relied on Precision Dental Care for my dental care for many years, and every appointment I've had would be worthy of a five star rating. Yesterday, I called in the morning with a tooth that was beginning to trouble me. They squeezed me in that same day. And the care I received from everyone -- Dr. Steichen himself, the front office staff, the dental assistants, the dental hygienists -- was as it has always been: friendly, courteous, professional and meticulous. One more example, a very telling one: Several months after the COVID pandemic hit, I came in for an appointment. Dr. Steichen and I talked about the pandemic, and he described the extensive modifications he had undertaken to dramatically improve the clinic's ventilation system, and the numerous other safety equipment he had installed. All this, of course, to make it safe for his patients, but equally because he wanted it to be safe for his staff. So those five stars are well-earned. Less
