Theres a few things I was looking for which I found instantly with Cardinia Crossfit 1. Local & Child friendly 2. Daily Crossfit classes to fit into my family lifestyle 3. Coaches who care With an old injury from school (my 13yr old son couldnt completely straightened his arm from a fracture in his elbow) but with lots of guidance, coaches who care & are aware, strengthening exercises, mobilising/stretching before, during & after, working on technique & body awareness my son can NOW straighten his arm & clean & jerk 45kgs progressing from a PVC stick. We have been members since July 2017 & im happy to say I found what I was looking for here at Cardinia Crossfit with 3 amazingly understanding female coaches who encourage & support us with our goals & WOD beside us when they're taking turns coaching. I also have a 7yr old who enjoys Crossfit Kids which fits in perfectly with her Gymnastics & Rhythmic Gymnastics classes. A great group of people who make you feel welcome and at ease from day 1. My wife Melinda and I dropped in for 2 weeks while visiting from Stafford in England. Alana and coach V couldn't have been more welcoming along with all the members! Unfortunately a problem with my back resurfaced during my stay, which had not troubled me for ages so I mainly used the the mobility equipment, including the amazing vibrating roller, which meant although I couldn't really train, the... Melinda did 6 classes and loved the coaching and the atmosphere. Also as during the holidays, they created a child friendly space, so school hols are no excuse to miss training.
