I’m 65. I body felt older. My mind felt younger. I took the plunge and thought I’ll just give it a go. I’m 8 visits in over 4 weeks. Already I feel like I’m bridging the gap. I can do more than I thought. The team and the other members are very very supportive and approachable. The individual attention is refreshing and always positive. It’s just a refreshing and invigorating environment. Thank you😁😁

CrossFit Innovation have been very welcoming, super helpful and supportive. It can be daunting starting a new gym and being that new person, however the staff and members have made the whole experience great. A great range of classes that suit both beginners and experienced athletes. Worth doing a trail class for sure. Super happy I joined. 🥳👏🏻🤩💪🏻💕

One of the best gym I have ever been. Coaches are well educated always start on time (like my self 😉😉😎 ummm.) fully focused on every workout we do on every day. Picks up on your wrong techniques to make sure you do it THGIR. So you don’t injure your self. Every one is very friendly and great community to be in. Great CrossFit gym with an awesome community. The coaches are hands on and knowledgeable and motivate you to challenge yourself and progress. Workouts for all levels and ages and the facilities are elite. Coming back to CrossFit after 5 years I was terrified - 2 weeks in this community and I feel the most pumped and motivated than I have in years. The coaches, the members, the environment is so supportive and positive. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
