I’ve been coming to Longevity Movement for over a year now, and it has truly changed my life. When I started, I was two years postpartum, heavier than before pregnancy, dealing with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and nerve damage. I never thought I’d be able to do things like squats or chest presses, but Coach Nancy made it possible.What makes this gym special is the community. I joined the 5 AM class full of strong, supportive moms, and it became my safe space. We push each other, cheer each other on, and Coach Nancy meets you exactly where you are. I started from the very basics (yes, even learning how to jump rope) and now I feel stronger and more confident than ever.This place isn’t about how you look or what you wear. It’s about showing up, working hard, and committing to yourself. Thanks to Coach Nancy, I’ve not only gotten healthier but I’ve also learned to love my body for what it can do.
