Wonderful shop and owner! Called him yesterday looking for a 4 pin to SATA cable. Nobody carries them in store since they’re outdated, but he very quickly knew he had one! Walked into his little shop and he was welcoming and knew who I was as soon as I mentioned I called him yesterday 😊 Plus, he gave me the cable for free. Not to mention the data cable I also requested. Wonderful guy and I wish I could’ve been a patron. Definitely will be going there in the future to support Rob if I have any issues I can’t solve myself. It’s rare to find a place like this.

I've been very satisfied with Rob's Computer Shop services - Rob diagnosed and rectified an issue in 2022, and a problem with Windows 11 corrupted files about a year ago. I just bought a Rob-refurbished Dell desktop (Rob transferred all files from laptop). His prices are reasonable, he does what he says he will do. His shop has been voted Best Computer Repair in Vacaville, and I understand why!

Like having a friend in the computer repair business. Rob gives free estimates, gives balanced advice and even makes house calls. I tried other repair businesses and they would not even look at my computer without me committing to pay a minimal fee of around $100 for what turned out to be a simple software update. I trust Rob’s judgment and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. I wish I tried him out first a few years ago.

After two extremely frustrating visits to Best Buy for help with my laptop, a knowledgeable friend recommended I check out Rob’s Computer Shop. I’ll never go anywhere else! Rob has a one-man shop and does everything himself. His expertise is impressive, he’s honest, efficient and reliable. His prices are fair, and he’s a friendly, helpful person. No one I’ve recommended to him has been disappointed, and you won’t be, either.

My custom computer was out of warranty and had the Blue Screen of Death. I researched local companies and found that Rob has decades of computer repair experience and also builds custom computers.I took my computer to him expecting to have replace some major component(s) at a high cost. I also expected to lose a lot of files and photos and for this to take over a week.The day after I dropped off my computer, Rob called and told me he resolved the issue. He said he needed a day, but would be able to recover all of my files and photos.Rob's price for the repair was very reasonable! He also gave some great advice for me moving forward.Rob is the absolute best! I will never use another computer repair company.
