Y’all need to try out this gym. Each and every coach has their unique ways of motivating each, and every one in the class. No judgments no weird looks everyone pushes each other to finish strong. And don’t worry if you can’t make it to the class the app also has workouts that you could do at home. Which that is a plus for me, because I could work out at home when my little girl wakes up in the morning.
