Seriously the best gym, not only for the workouts but even more for the people. My husband and I have been members for almost 10 years. Prior to CrossFit, we worked out at a variety of places but I was looking for something different. I was very nervous to start. I was 42 years old and hadn’t done much real weight training before. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful and all the workouts had scaling options to meet everyone’s needs. Fast forward 10 years and I’m stronger now than I was in my 30s and can honestly say this gym feels like home.

Best gym in downingtown! Been a member for three years now. I was looking for a gym when I moved into the area and had tried out a few before. The vibe, the people and gym itself were all great and were the reason why I ended up here. I credit this gym community and coaches for the progress I have made and the healthy habits I have formed.

CrossFit Rocksolid changed my life. I’ve been a member for 10 years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. It’s not only a place to get an amazing workout but also a friendly community with an amazing group of people that feel like family. Mike and his team of coaches are great. They will meet you wherever you’re at on your fitness journey and make you feel like you’ve been doing CrossFit for years. I highly recommend coming in to join us for a workout.

Crossfit Rocksolid is an amazing gym! I have done a lot of different exercise programs but getting involved in crossfit has been one of the best things I could have done. I was def a little intimidated when getting started but the coaches and members were so friendly and motivating! There are gyms closer to me (even crossfit gyms) but my husband and I drive 20+ minutes to rocksolid because the community truly is unmatched!

I was not one for going to the gym to work out. I have found larger gyms to be overwhelming and pushy with memberships. I decided to give Crossfit Rock Solid a try through a friends recommendation. I was skeptic at first as I have never done Crossfit. We started out with the evolve class. I must say it's a perfect fit for beginners with a mix of all ages and abilities. The instructors give you modifications to your level and truly listen to know what your body cannot handle.

I used to do a lot of different trials and drop ins at various gyms or switch after a while just wanting to try new things but since joining crossfit rock solid over a year ago I have not wanted to leave! The classes are great for any level and the people are great. Such a supportive community. By far the best gym in downingtown.

I've been to gyms in PA, NC, CA, Japan, Italy, and Uganda and the management and people at this gym are simply top notch at making you feel welcome, educating you on form and technique if need be and are humble and hungry as hell to grow and get better as a team. Can't say enough about them.
