I’ve used Katie’s Kitty several times with Alexis as the sitter for my three cats. and I can’t recommend them enough!! Alexis is wonderful to work with, always very communicative and flexible. She worked to get all three to trust her, even my skittish old lady cat. Plus she sends incredible update photos and messages! I wouldn’t want to have anyone else care for my crew.

I worked with Katie’s kitty very recently after seeing many good reviews online! Specifically I worked with Cem Salur as my sitter.From the start, Jenny from Katie’s kitty was prompt and accommodate to ensure match me with a pet sitter that can work with specific time windows I wanted for visits, and I was looped in in every step of the way until the contract was signed!As for Cem! He was great to work with and his customer service was impeccable. He came with a checklist during M&G and asked a lot of detailed questions about my kitty, where things are, etc! He also respected my home space (and took off his shoes before entering the house). Small details but matters a lot! During his visits. I always received video and picture updates and visited during the time I specified, so I know my kitty was getting fed at her routine time.I’d be happy to work with both the agency and Cem again for any future pet sitting!

Highly recommend! I was away for a long weekend and wanted to keep my cat at home instead of boarding him, and Katie's Kitty came through. Fast response rate too. We had Cem take care of him and he did great, even sent us pictures and videos each day and left the cutest polaroid picture. The process was super easy and seamless! Will be reaching back out to them next time I go on a trip.

We had Maureen watch our two kitties while my husband I were gone for two weeks earlier this month. The cats took to her immediately, coming up to her and asking for pets. While we were gone I didn’t have to worry about the cats once. We got daily updates and lots of cute pics! When we got back the cats were relaxed and excited to see us, no cattitude at all! They clearly enjoyed their time with Maureen. I highly recommend her and am happy to have found an excellent cat sitter in New York!

We have had the best experience with Katie’s Kitty, leaving our two sweet cats on two recent occasions with Holly Tooker, who is a deeply kind and caring person. Holly messaged us updates and photos of Gus and Ada every day while we were away, so we were never worried. And both cats clearly enjoyed being Holly’s guests - even our super-shy Ada was soon remarkably relaxed and happy. I whole-heartedly recommend this service and Holly in particular. They really care.
