Don was awesome. He was very friendly and professional. He arrived right on time for the scheduled appointment and fixed the issue same day. I needed a new motor and circuit board for my furnace and he installed both on the same day. He had to go back to the store to pick up the parts, but it all took about 20 minutes or so for that pick up.

2nd time I have used Polar Bear and both have been excellent. In fact, they moved my air handler from the crawl space to the garage where another company said it would be a bad idea to install. To keep from ranting, let's just say that Polar Bear corrected and improved an install from another company that wasn't as "Supreme" as they said it would be.

10/10 highly recommend. I was sure that because of the heat index I would be waiting days, but they were able to get me in next day. They had my issue fixed in minutes and Don even took extra time to walk back to the utility room to show me how to change the filter in my unit.

Jarrod, Jimmy, and Jason arrived early in the morning and completed the job around 7 in the evening. They hit several bumps in the way due to our older unit. They did not complain one time and was very professional through it all. I highly recommend them! We are very satisfied.

Really bailed us out. Back from vacation on a Sunday and temp in house 92 bc AC failed. Came out that day and replaced the capacitor so we could sleep!

Blake was the gentleman who came to our service call. He was polite, punctual and informative when I asked him questions. A bonus was that our Great Dane jumped up on him and he just laughed instead of getting angry. We will definitely call them again in the future.

Blake was my tech for my maintenance on my units and he was very patient and knowledgeable . We’ve used Polar Bear multiple times. Just had them install a completely new system, air handler and outside unit. Mike evaluated the unit and gave us a few options. We decided to go new. Bought one 4 years ago and now it’s not working. Called them up and they don’t service the area I live in anymore. Now I’m trying to find a place that will come out and look at it. You think since they installed it they would look at it seeing as how it’s still has warranty. Gallipolis Ohio is where I live. No one will come and work on it.

We have purchased a full HVAC system from them for rental property, a replacement A/C system for our upstairs furnace and also used them for maintenance work. They have always been great to work with. The tech today, David, quickly found our A/C problem we were having with the last old style freon unit we have left. I was expecting the worst, since it's 25+ years old... and probably would have believed him if he had said the compressor was bad and the HVAC system needed replaced. Instead, he found a capacitor that was bad and had us up and running in a few minutes. That kind of honesty is hard to find... and David impressed me with his friendly attitude and made us feel like he was there to help, not just to make a quick sale. Service like that is why we are loyal customers of Polar Bear! Less

I contacted business about failure to clean coils. This is just going to put dirt back into vents. I called and got this response No the only thing was the actual ducts being cleaned Bad for a $700 job.

Had a new furnace and ac installed. They were very knowledgeable and responded to calls quickly. The techs that did the install, Josh and Jimmy, did very good work. Willie and Jason did a great job installing new duct work in the crawl space under my house. It isn't easy work, but the two of them spent the better part of 2 days getting the job done.

I had my duck work cleaned today and an air scruber puts in. The guys I will call them J&J did a great job and were very polite. i totally recommend this company
