I first heard about Momentum Fit at a Fur Sisters 5k fundraiser earlier this year, and I am so thankful some of the trainers volunteered their time at the 5k, because now I have the best trainer for me, Loanna!!! 🥰I originally reached out for PF therapy and was told they also have a Personal Trainer that specializes in post pregnancy and post surgery for women.Loanna has been absolutely amazing at working with me on proper breathing (very important for your PF), proper form, coordinating breathe with movements, understanding when your body is fatigued, and properly increasing your workout intensity.I have worked out my entire life, but never realized how many workouts I did, that were actually causing some of my pain. With the help from Loanna, I am finally able to workout and not be in pain during or after a workout!Loanna is an amazing trainer and I highly recommend her to anyone!!! I am excited to see how strong I can get with her guidance and training! 💪

It really doesn't get better than this place! I found Momentum Fit at the end of 2021 and have never looked back. What I thought would be "just another gym" where I could workout, sweat, and maybe chat with a few people became infinitely more than "just a gym". At first glance, yes, it is a gym. But what lies beneath the surface cuts so much deeper than that. They go above and beyond just counting reps, keeping time on a watch, or telling you "just one more!" (although they do that, too!). Every single trainer there is a professional, is educated, and works with you to get results while preventing injury and helping you become the best version of yourself. Beyond that, each of them genuinely CARES about you, your health (physical and mental), your goals, what makes you tick, what is going on in your life (good and bad). They encourage when you are down, celebrate your wins, and you always leave there feeling like you can conquer Mt Everest. Although I moved out of state and am no longer able to work out at Momentum, I miss my gym family- Marie, Klodi, Cortney, Marquis, Loanna... it doesn't matter which one you train with, they are all exemplary humans doing everything in their power to spread health, love, positivity, and to make everyone's life a little better.... and it is working. Just don't let your phone out of your sight, or you might get a surprise! ;-) (Seriously guys, I miss all y'all! Come visit me in Texas!)

I have nothing but the best words to say about this company, Marie, and her team. I am someone who has always considered themselves active but when a knee injury happened 15 years ago, I struggled to find the right exercises and motivation to stay fit. After years of physical therapy, injections, imaging, I feel like I finally found the thing that has helped me the most and that is all thanks to Marie and Momentum. The attention has been on safe and effective exercises to accommodate injuries and gaining strength for long lasting health. I have worked out at Momentum many years now. I usually do group training, because it is fun to workout with other people. I love all the trainers, Cathy, Sara, Katie, Blayne, Loanna, Cortney, Marquis, and Klodi. And of course Marie, the founder. They are family to me now! They have kept me going, enabled me to continue to play soccer AND kept an eye on me, in particular this last year while my husband was ill. I appreciate their love, encouragement, and support.

I moved Jax Beach five years ago and found them, one call made it happen and i still go twice a week all these years.
