Needed a new roof due to a huge hail storm. Utz completed the work without issue and in a timely manner. Ryan Atchison was my project manager and very knowledgeable about the options we could consider. We wanted some extra things (seal the stone on the chimney and some siding) and he coordinated all of it. The level of communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about good things about Dave Utz and his team! We live high on a hill, great views but no protection from the elements. While the roof system was being put on, we had 3 wind storms and had no problems. We have a more complicated roof than some…skylights, standing seam, hail resistance shingles, and an area drain system for a flat section of the roof. Utz did a fantastic job!!

One roofer we contacted, did not even want to give us a bid because of the steep pitch. David and his crew do great work in addition he is also good on the business side of his company. He is a good communicator in that He takes the time to talk to you about your roof and what may have been done wrong in the past and explain to you the way his crew will put the new roof on. He is also quick to respond to text, emails and phone calls. They arrived very early in the morning as I would expect, it is hot out there in July! He arrived the day he said he would and completed the work in 3 days. David works with his crew making sure everything is done to his satisfaction. They did a great job on the clean up as well, I only found 1 very small piece of a shingle hidden in a flower bed after they had gone, and our roof looks great. We used Owens Corning Duration True Def Color Aged Copper. I would highly recommend him for your roofing needs. Even if he’s not your cheapest bid please take into account the quality of work you will get from him and the 10 year workmanship warranty he provides to you.
