David and his team are amazing. They ran into a couple of unforeseen issues during the installation and David knew exactly who to call and keep the project moving forward. Their cleanup was amazing. I have never found any remnants of their work, this includes nails in the yard. Just outstanding. My roof consisted of 40 square of shingles, tearing out some outdated solar boxes, adding plywood and new gutters. Again top notch.

Great company from the start. Our salesperson Tim Howard was personable and knowledgeable. He kept us informed through the whole process. His bid couldn’t have been more on letting my husband know that there were no hidden costs and only the correct amount of work that needed to be done. When I had thought I had an issue with the install later on-Tim was right on it and they went the extra mile again. They pinpointed an issue with our hvac system in the attic and not a roof issue. They went in the attic and got pictures of the issue so I did not have to do that. We are so happy with the quality of service, products,and installation- this is a top notch Company with people you can trust.

Over a cup of coffee chatted about what they did for a living and he described the roofing company with such passion even though they’ve done thousands of roofs over 13+years. Just as passionate today about the next roof, about the next neighbor about having the best equipment that allows them to get in and out with minimal knowledge that anything ever happened other than a glowing new roof.They are even friends & suppers of their top competitor. Dave Utz found and fixed a leak on my roof that damaged some drywall in an upstairs bedroom ceiling free of charge, in exchange for "if you ever need a new roof, just give me a shot at bidding it."I'm glad I gave him that opportunity because he beat 2 other bids and in comparing the bids, he was providing more thorough details and better quality materials than the other bids.What initially started out as a roof only bid, he ended up finding damage on gutters and downspouts on both the house and detached garage. All were replaced w larger gutters and leaf guard, all for my deductible plus depreciation on a 23 yr old roof. He later discovered bad lumber around the chimney after tear off and got it covered by insurance. The cleanup was impeccable, even given all the foilage/plants surrounding both buildings. Dave is an honest good hearted business man and friend. I recommend at least letting him give you a bid. I'm sure you will be happy you did.
