He made sure I understood anything that came up that could cost additional money, so there were no surprises. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. Louis is the project manager and took a job no one else wanted and probably regrets taking it himself. He busted his tail with the insurance company and did everything he promised when he said it would happen. Very professional and I highly recommend them

Our home went through a rough patch last spring, when the tornado ripped through our area. Nothing compared to some, but a few missing shingles and roof cap were enough for us to reach out to check it out. I knew Robbie at Utz from some commercial work we had done together. While he was unable to find wind/hail damage despite our missing shingles; he went above and beyond to send samples of our roofing materials to the manufacturer and worked with them to get their warranty team to replace roof materials that had not held up to specs. The Utz team walked our family through the process all the way and things went smoothly. Rob is a great communicator and we were 'in the know' every step of the way. Our installation team was safe, speedy, and clean. While no one needs stuff like this to happen to their home, it's nice to have a trusted partner in Utz Roofing to guide you through it. Choose them for your next project. You won't be disappointed.

Their crew was careful to move items that could be damaged and used large tarps to capture any debris.
