This was the best experience I had with a roofing company and it was a cold call based on reviews. Three other companies had given me bids, very large roof, but either their prices weren't right or the terms of their contracts had some issues. Utz promptly got me a reasonable bid, and did everything they promised to do the first time. Job site was left clean and they were respectful of the property. There was also someone I could always talk to on the project, but I really didn't need too. Would highly recommend them, especially Lou Nickel, ex roofer who was my contact person, knew what he was talking about, not like some of the salesmen you get on the fly by night companies.

Left home in the morning and returned home that evening to a new roof. Wouldn't have even known they were there except for the new roof! Everything was cleaned up and looked great!

Great experience from start to finish. The team was very professional, and the project coordinator, Louis Nickel, communicated every step of the process clearly. Louis is the project manager and took a job no one else wanted and probably regrets taking it himself. He busted his tail with the insurance company and did everything he promised when he said it would happen. Very professional and I highly recommend them

Our home went through a rough patch last spring, when the tornado ripped through our area. Nothing compared to some, but a few missing shingles and roof cap were enough for us to reach out to check it out. I knew Robbie at Utz from some commercial work we had done together. While he was unable to find wind/hail damage despite our missing shingles; he went above and beyond to send samples of our roofing materials to the manufacturer and worked with them to get their warranty team to replace roof materials that had not held up to specs. The Utz team walked our family through the process all the way and things went smoothly. Rob is a great communicator and we were 'in the know' every step of the way. Our installation team was safe, speedy, and clean. While no one needs stuff like this to happen to their home, it's nice to have a trusted partner in Utz Roofing to guide you through it. We are so very glad to have chosen UTZ Roofing for our home. The roof, gutters and fascia look amazing!! The old roof was torn off, boards replaced and the new one put on in like four hours. Never would I thought it would be replaced so well so quickly. The roofers were kind and friendly. They cleaned up beautifully. I definitely recommend UTZ!!!
