The team delivered them to our home, picked them up once we finished loading them, safely stored them, and then delivered them to our new house when we were ready.As with any move, we ran into unexpected changes and a few stressful situations along the way. Quick, easy, and great communication. Super friendly people! All done robotically is pretty awesome to watch! We kept the 16ft unit for two weeks and it worked out so well!I had a short driveway with an alley and home right behind me… this was a perfect option. 5 star service from beginning to end! They answered my call after hours and setup delivery right away. Pricing was upfront and fair, nothing hidden. And they were able to accommodate a slight change in my moving schedule and still deliver on time. I should've paid closer attention as they don't move the units on WEEKENDS, which was my bad. only Monday thru Friday. But they were still so easy to work with... Thank you so much!!
