I was excited to work with them on our laundry room but it has been difficult to get a consistent or clear response after the initial consult and deposit in February.Update: For tile installation, I was told an estimate/quote would be given to me for the industry partner that does the installation on 4/4 but I never received the quote. I was also told a follow up meeting would be scheduled to get additional measurements, finishes, and colors for the design, but that never happened. I have since called and emailed multiple times over the past month and have not received a response, aside from this review.
