This company does not follow through with warranty repairs for days. We have had issues with our A/C since they installed it. Every so often it starts leaking down the ceiling and walls to the bathroom. They have been here multiple times and still have not repaired the problem. Now our management company is having to hire an outside company because souza’s heating and air conditioning Say that they will not be out until Monday because they do not work the weekends Even though we are in the middle of extreme heat days with over 100° each day, this company had issues during the installation of this new unit. There’s been issues with the unit since and they do not put us ahead of anyone even though it’s #Warranty issues.they are more into new customers, not retaining the customers they have I normally don’t give reviews lead on bad reviews, but this company definitely deserves a bad review for their overall customer satisfaction Less
