Went for simple oil change. Instead the tech drained our transmission fluid and proceeded to add 5qts of oil to our car causing it to over fill. Told us to crank and car went ballistic. Three hours later, car was towed to mechanic and we went home in a crappy rental. A full week of stress for us before we finally got our car back up and running. Mechanic said we were very fortunate not to need a new transmission AND motor. Owner covered costs BUT that did not help with our anxiety and still concern that our vehicle is permanently damaged. Fair warning! And btw, tow truck driver said that our car was NOT the first one he had towed out of there! I most definitely would not recommend using this place.
