Johnny and Angel set up my TV and sound system. I can’t laud them highly enough. The installation was clean, efficient and very professional. Angel went out of his way to explain precisely how the sound system operated and showed me the operating system of the television. Angel and Johnny from SCV audio video were absolutely spectacular! I needed wiring connecting my TV and sound system and they truly did an outstanding job. They even took the time to label the wires behind the TV telling me exactly what the wires were for and where they went. They labeled one remote for the sound system and one for the TV. They didn't need to do that but they were so professional I couldn't say no. I highly, highly recommend this crew. Clean efficient, professional, and just plain nice guys. Just had surveillance cameras installed. The SCV crew was very professional and CLEAN! Best part is, they will visit us and provide an "In person" tutorial. That is the best customer service I've heard of!

It's time to call out businesses for using AI slop that makes the customer's life more difficult. I've had so many bad experiences with automated AI help bots, or talking robots on phone calls and there has never been one single instance where it has made things easier for me as a customer. It's time we shame companies for doing it, and get them to bring back good old customer service again. I called and a robot answered the phone and asked me what my question was. I was immediately thrown off and against my better judgement, I asked my question. It told me that it didn't know the answer to my question and that someone would get back to me hopefully within the next 24 hours. I told it no thanks, I don't want the call back. Seriously? Someone can't even call your shop and get a person who can answer a question about whether you sell a specific type of item? I am choosing to go elsewhere, because of the inconvenience caused to me by the use of AI.

Once again scv audio video killed it. All my t.v. are hung perfect My wifi in my home is spot on in every area of 4,000 sq foot home, I couldn't be happier. I love having these guys in my phone. I dont know what I would do with out these guys. They even did the cctv security cameras in my office. K locked that out of the park too.

SCVAV is an amazing company!! Robert and his team did an outstanding job making my home fully automated… From backyard lighting scenes to automated door locks, they do it all. They were polite, friendly and cleaned up completely after each install.. Additionally, they thoroughly taught us how to use all the devices they installed and if we ever have a question they help us immediately!
