I’ve been going here for 3 years. This place has become a second home to me with a supportive, determined, and trust worthy family to go along with it. No one is trying to sell you anything, everyone simply and truly wants to see you succeed. That is more than I could ask for in a gym. I highly recommend!
Great gym with fantastic workouts!
What I like most about Midwest Method, are the coaches and other members. I never feel judged for my lack of fitness level and my inexperience in a gym. They help make sure my movements are safe and encourage in a way that’s challenging but accomplishable for my entry level. Take the leap and give it a shot you won’t regret it.
I’m new to CrossFit and the coaches are very patient and ensure I am doing the techniques properly. They push you but also ensure you don’t over do it and hurt yourself. Everyone has been great at Midwest and I absolutely love it. I’m also beginning to see results. I highly recommend Midwest. You get a free week and I promise that’s all it will take and you’ll be hooked.
The atmosphere here is amazing. Super supportive and great for parents. They have an area for kids to be close by and insight. The owner played with our child while we were in class, just to support us. So very glad we joined and I would have never pushed myself and had better results if I did this myself. I started attending Midwest Method about a month ago. I purchased a membership mainly to access their equipment. I was new to the area, so I was just looking for a place with decent parking, and plenty of space to do barbell lifts (e.g., Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts). Midwest Method has been perfect in both respects. Midwest Method has an entire set of quality barbells, plates, and an abundance of squat racks. All the bars that I have used are straight, and their equipment is well maintained. The owners have really done a great job acquiring and maintaining the equipment. The gym itself has everything you need and nothing you don’t. If you like free weights, you’ll like Midwest Method. The gym is tidy, and the restrooms are always clean. You wouldn’t want to eat off the floor, but you won’t get a staph infection if you workout here and it doesn’t smell funny. What more can you ask for? I don’t (currently) participate in any of the CrossFit classes. However, if I were to start doing CrossFit, I would do it here. I’ve had the chance to observe 3 coaches, and they are all great. They are friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. The coaches really seem to enjoy what they do, which is pretty impressive since I'm usually there around 5-6:00 am. Honestly, the environment here is fantastic. I don’t typically write google reviews and I didn't think I would ever evangelize for a gym, but I’ve been so impressed with this place that I wanted to spread the word. If you’re looking for a gym, give this place a shot. Less

The mix of cardio, gymnastics, and Olympic lifting has opened a world of abilities I never though possible for myself. While some of the faces may have changed over the last 5 years, the idea of community and self improvement remain the same. There is no time frame on movements or PRs and no intimidating pressure is applied. The coaches at this gym give you the tools to advance at your own pace but still motivate you to want to do better than yesterday. I believe anyone who wants to give crossfit a shot, MidWest Method should be your first stop. Less
Uplifting and encouraging atmosphere. Coaches and fellow crossfitters have helped rebuild my confidence mentally and physically. They have options for all fitness levels. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed with the results!
Amazing place to workout and become a healthier version of yourself. When I first joined it completely changed my outlook on CrossFit and now I have a whole new outlook on fitness as a whole.
This gym has great coaches and community to help get you through your workout! Would highly recommend giving this a try. You will enjoy it!
I am a long-time member of this gym. In the past 6 months, I have dedicated more time to my training and I am very pleased with the results! I am stronger than ever. As a busy mom of 2, I can bring my kids and they enjoy it there while I enjoy my 1 hour workout. The coaches are knowledgeable and make sure you are doing the movements safely and effectively.
Love this place! The group here is like a 2nd family

The people and facility are top notch. I have grown more here than any other place. Loved my first class! Definitely felt pushed and encouraged to give my best. Can join at any level and get something out of it! The coach really helped me with form and learning new moves. Definitely will return for another class! Do their free week trial and see what's good.
Wow! Day 1 of my free week trial and I gained so much from my work out. They really welcome newbies and make sure you understand what to do and proper form. The coach was great at teaching and encouraging us to learn new things and push ourselves. I love the community aspect of this place because I would have never been able to do it alone.DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

It is a place for a great work out! I go there once a week to train with Future Soldiers. Dave does a really awesome job showing myself and everyone else how to do different work outs! Justin as well gives great motivation to the crew today and great at teaching us all how to do exercises the right way!! Fantastic place to have physical fitness training!! I would recommend 10 out of 10 all day!!!

the people are great, they really are more of a family than just people who work out together or at the gym facility. regardless if you are not fit at all or the most fit person, hiddengym HQ (or now known as midwest method) is the place for you!
When you join MWM you become family. We support each other in and out of the gym! We attend each others weddings, baby showers, etc...Truly an amazing place!
I was extremely nervous about trying out crossfit because of my lack of strength and knowledge of crossfit. The crew and the members have been so welcoming and encouraging. No matter your fitness level you are encouraged to strive for your best.

First two days going I did not just one, but 3 rope climbs for the first time, and I did handstand push ups for the first time! Everyone is really encouraging and it's awesome!
I am new to crossfit and I went in for my free week trial, after the first few days I am hooked!

I am so proud of everybody, including my coach jack. I am excited for this new adventure and honored to be apart of this incredible crossfit family. What makes all this so real is the way everybody came together to make things happen.
