I just had my bathroom renovated. It looks amazing and the finish is perfect. Dean and his crew were very responsive, careful with their work and above all, the communication was great. Thanks to Shaun, Joe and Cody who turned up every day, did a lovely job and were very respectful with an elderly almost blind chook. (Not me; my little black Silkie chicken). Dean and the team have just finished renovating my bathroom to make it accessible well I am very impressed with everything you have done it is absolutely amazing and they also widened my front door and put a screen door on as well it is so much easier to get out the door now without me crashing into anything so thank you Dean and your workers for everything you have done you have made my life so much better Less

Dean and team did a fantastic job updating the hallway from carpet with clipboard underneath to putting in Tas oak to match lounge/kitchen The whole needs to be sanded will post new pictures once all are completed I was forward to working with Dean, Shannon, and the team on the next project (kitchen) However, communication has been very poor, although the kitchen was completed, I thought as the owner would have come to check it was up yo standard however not the case I had to contently follow up as no one was contacting me directly I'm not sure what was going on. Some of their own builders were surprised as they kept stating Dean was normally all over a project. However, they had no idea where mine was up to, every communication was me trying to see where things were at or followup on delays. I think it could of been both ways. The disappointment stemmed as in the beginning they rated themselves on great communication, which was the main reason i went with them in the first place. Less

Dean and the team were great! Not only did they do a stellar job of the actual work (crafting new balconies and replacing old weatherboards), they were really lovely people. Also so appreciative of the great communication, and thoughtfulness as they worked around our house. All around, highly recommend. Less
