Update 11/21/2025I am still trying to get this company to complete the work I paid them to do. I tried to reach out to them many times, but out of the 10 times I reach out I may get one callback. Still working to get them to finish. I had to place a complaint with the SC Dept of Consumer Affairs. They raised the complaint to the business. Have not heard back yet. I would not recommend them to anyone I know due to the lack of communication and work schedule. I have not found them to be reliable so far. And communication difficult and vague.Update to reply 11/21/2025:Thank you for responding to this review. On 10/09/2025 You received my deposit to start work. Only equipment that you needed to order were busbars and cabling. All other equipment was already secured and ready for installation onsite prior to the contract agreement. That includes all batteries, inverter and grid connection system. The agreement was for you to properly connect all system components to the home as required and test functionality.I had been asking for a completion date since October 15th. On Monday 11/17/2025 you reached back out to me after I had called and texted you prior. You explained that you would deliver the cabling Tuesday and stated that you would start work Wednesday and finish that same day. As of this reply, there has been no other activity onsite. There has been no confirmation to when work will be completed.Regarding the permitting, for systems that are larger than 20kW, my current system was approved for the fast track in 10/29/2024. The fee for any changes is $250 and I retained all documentation. This was communicated to PSG at our initial meeting. I have verified that any changes will just have to be resubmitted. If you need more time for that, it is understandable, but checking with Dominion shows no activity in process currently. I also have not had any communication from you stating that we were on that path. Unless otherwise informed, staying under the 20kW requirement meant fast track was not needed. Here is a brief timeline of what has occurred to date after the monetary deposit was given to you.Below is the summary of communication with PSG through texts.Oct 15, I texted responding to an earlier call asking for you to communicate back with a date of completion of work.Oct 20, You stated that you would get back to me after I attempted to contact you.Nov 4, I asked again for a timeframe of install so that I could get 811 to mark before any trenchingNov 6, Reached out again because there was no answer and the last call you advised it was ok to call 811 to mark.
