Oh, where do I start? This was my first time purchasing a house and I didn’t know what to expect. Isaiah Corpus was my realtor and I was unsure of what I was getting myself into. We looked at houses for many months and would have been Isaiah first house that he sold but life for me took an unexpected turn. I told him that I took a job in Arroyo Grande and was not going to buy a house in the valley. Isaiah in return hooked me up with another Realtor in that location. Let me tell you that guy was nothing like Isaiah. For about a year and a half I received emails from Isaiah on houses to buy. With the other realtor I didn’t even receive a call I had to do all my own research. I couldn’t afford to live in Arroyo Grande so but I still wanted a house to call my own. So I informed Isaiah that I planned on buying a house in the valley. We had 2 months to find a house and close escrow because my landlord had sold the place I was living at. So Isaiah got to work I don’t remember how many houses we looked at but it was a lot. Isaiah also drove me back to my car one of the times. I remember doing a class for first time home buyers program and it was going to be a 4 hr corse and as I started the corse there was a lot of information that I already knew because he had already went over it with me so the corse ended up being 2 hrs because he well informed me about everything I was going to need to know. We closed escrow two days after Valentine’s Day 2024. Still to this day I here from Isaiah even though buying a house is more hectic than purchasing a car I couldn’t of done it without Isaiah. To end this I’d like to say if your looking for a realtor that will go the extra mile for what you want and make your dreams come true this is the guy that will make it happen.
