Excellent service. Karen was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to my enquiry. I received a lovey photo of the balloons before they were delivered, and a message from Karen to confirm delivery. The balloons were very pretty and personalised with my daughters name, which was a lovely touch.

I highly recommend this company. I ordered a balloon stand for my daughter's 21st, it was delivered to her exactly as requested which was not surprising as communication had been excellent.
