I have sciatica and pretty sever forward posture. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 9, leaving room for death. Now I'm in almost no pain so long as I stick to the plan we cane up with. Dr Osvaldo, has been very kind and helped me a LOT.10 outta 10 will recommend.

I never had a chiropractor before so my first visit was intimidating , but after talking with doctor and giving my trust to him . I been feeling a lot better . Payment plans , can work with you on time of you coming in , n do their best to make you feel comfortable .I’ve been to all my appointments lately and I feel great . Better sleep , better posture, and can get back to weight lifting . Also I’ve been on a weight loss journey so all that tension on my back and joints are no longer there .If anything just call , walk in , n give it the chance. This place is no joke. They have a very kind and knowledgeable staff who will answer any questions that you may have. Dr Osvaldo Colon is an outstanding Dr who knows what he is doing and has great bedside manners. He has helped me so much. I'm into running,weight training, trail running, backpacking, and mountaineering. I went in with hip pain, glute muscles were tight as banjo strings and my right leg felt numb and heavy with pain. After a couple of visits all the pain and numbness was pretty much gone and my hips are 100 percent better. Give him a call and tell him Keith Kellerman sent ya. You won't be sorry!

Tenia algunas preocupaciones con mis hijos acerca de su postura y dolores que tenían, decide llevarlos con el chiropractic para un análisis y desde el primer momento en que entre a la oficina de AlignLife el personal de mostrador se portaron muy amables y el Dr. Colon un excelente profesional pues resolvió todas mía dudas acerca de los problemas que se le comunicaron por lo que decidí que comenzarán el tratamiento con el. I was having shoulder issues and was worried surgery would be the only option for relief, but Alignlife has helped my shoulder and I now have no pain anymore and can now work out again. I have been in so much lower back, neck and heel/ankle pain for most of my adult life. It had gotten so bad recently that I was having to spend much of my day laying down and having others care for my children. I was heartbroken and losing hope wondering if this would be the rest of my life. I’m a very active person and being still is like torture for me. I’ve gone to pain doctors and podiatrists and nutritionists in the past to try to help my pain but no luck. I’ve been told I need surgery in all of those areas to have any hope of feeling better. I decided to try Align Life. I really didn’t have very much knowledge about chiropractic care so it was a little bit of a leap of faith and desperation but I’m so incredibly grateful I did. My first couple of appointments I couldn’t walk into the office without limping or sit in the waiting chairs without terrible pain but I’m just about a month in and I feel amazing! Hands down I feel better than I’ve felt since I was a teenager. I currently have no neck pain and no heel/ankle pain. My lower back pain is minimal and sometimes non existent. Going to my appointments has become my favorite thing to do because of how good I feel after! Next week I’m taking one of my kids in for an assessment and soon after hope to get my whole family going to help them with their issues or to help keep them from ever having issues! I wish I had known about this years and years ago but I’m so grateful to know now! I have been having lower back discomfort for a while. I decided to go to AlignLife for an assessment. Dr. Osvaldo Colon is super knowledgeable, very caring, and he is a great teacher. He explained my x rays to me in a way I could understand. He showed me that some of my back discomfort was related to an arch problem in my foot. He ordered some special inserts for my shoes. I love the inserts and the support they give my feet as i have a job where i am on my feet a lot. I am hopeful that the adjustments, exercises, and lifestyle changes I am making will help my back discomfort. All the staff who work there are very kind, caring, and helpful! I have also been impressed with the cleanliness of the office and client care areas!

I had migraies 15+ years on 3 Rxs, even Dr. recommended to see neurologist with pain and pressure on blood vessels around my head combined with shoulder pain & neck pain. I felt crappy every times when i had migraines, I took pain pills, and get to sleep.After a week of visit Align health, get adjust 3 time a week; the tension on my head decreased dramatically. The first month I have full range of motion of my right shoulder. (Now I am so happy that I can scratch my back.). The second month my neck can turn to the right with no pain no tightness. I went to Alignlife for a tailbone injury I had after a bad fall at work. It was important for me to recover quickly so I could get back to riding my bike and training for my 2026 attempt of the Tour Divide. 30 days in and I am completely pain free in my lower back!! I have been to other chiropractors before and I really appreciate this chiropractor in particular for their focus on not only spine health but also holistic nutrition and well-being. They offer workshops, and various educational tools to really help people live an all around healthy lifestyle.
